What We Collect

When you use SimpleLifts, we collect:

• Your name and email address (to create and manage your account)

• Workout data (e.g. exercises, sets, reps)

• Basic device information (e.g. browser type, operating system)

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Let you securely log in

• Display your training workout templates, training history, and other training-related information

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database. While data is not encrypted at rest, access is restricted and handled securely.

No Ads or Marketing

We do not send marketing emails or share your data with advertisers. You won’t see ads in SimpleLifts.

Third-Party Services

We use:

• Supabase for account management and data storage

• LemonSqueezy for handling Pro plan payments

These services may process your data as part of providing their functionality, but do not use it for other purposes.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Account Settings in the app.
